The pack contains one unique Hot Pink Kitchen Garden, our flavoursome Hot Leaf Salad Seedbomb, with tea towel to match, and the unique Kenyan Kii Peaberry coffee that makes our Mellow Morning blend.

Growing mushrooms in coffee isn't enough for some people, in addition to Kitchen Garden, we include our special Kenyan Roast Washed Arabica coffee, and seedbombs to grow punchy Rocket, Mizuna, Nasturtium and Garlic Chives!

While we can't personalise the Kitchen Gardens, you certainly can - each kit will produce a unique bouquet of mushrooms, and as you watch them grow, you can cook up a plan to make a meal of them!

The Kitchen Gardens are handmade in Sussex, where we monitor each kit and send them out when ready to grow.

We are 100% confident in our product so guarantee that if for any reason it does not perform as described we will happily replace it.

Each Kitchen Garden growbags use upcycled coffee grounds as compost and the growbox is printed on recycled card and contains clear growing instructions, a good-to-go mushroom growbag, free water spray pump and recipe card.

IMPORTANT: When we send the kit we’ve prepared it in advance so it’s ready to grow! We strongly recommend opening the Kitchen Garden within 1 month of purchase.

Our biggest yield from the first crop was over 500g, which was excellent but around 200-250g is a more normal yield for the first harvest - it will vary from pack to pack. After the first harvest you can prepare for Round Two; simply leave the Kitchen Garden to rest for 10 days then start again by watering it – all instructions are on the pack – you may even get a third round if you’re lucky! This really is the gift that keeps giving – once you’ve finished growing mushrooms, you’re left with nutrient rich soil enhancer. Just empty the compost from growbag, break it up and sprinkle into pots of houseplants or on to flowerbeds for them to enjoy too!

The tea towels are made from 100% Premium Cotton and are approximately 80 cm long, by 50cm wide. They are hemmed 2 sides and we can vouch for the fact they are soft, strong and thoroughly absorbent!
