On arrival you will be greeted by your mixologist and will meet the other participants over a complimentary cocktail in the lounge. The class will be split into small groups of 5-6, each with their own fully stocked bar area in which to work allowing you plenty of hands-on participation. You'll get the chance to make 4 amazing cocktails, with tuition from an expert.

You and your team will get to put your new-found skills to the test as you compete against the other teams to design the best cocktail of the day using a mixture of liquors, spirits, syrups, fresh fruits and juices. Each team will present their cocktail, explaining the inspiration behind the creation and it's ingredients, before the winner is decided.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months for one person. Minimum age is 18 years. A typical master class includes 20-30 participants, with participants split into small groups of 5-6 people sharing one dedicated bar station. Classes run on selected Saturdays and last approximately 2 hours.
